The candidate should bring 8–10 years in DevOps/cloud infrastructure, with a strong background in AWS Well-Architected practices, IaC tooling such as Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible, and proven team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or configuration management.
Experience supporting highly available AWS infrastructure based on AWS Well-Architected Framework.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
Experience leading technical teams and communicating with technical staff and senior stakeholders.
Ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

Lead DevOps and configuration management for the CMS CRM modernization effort.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across environments.
Support and optimize AWS infrastructure ensuring uptime and SLA compliance.
Establish secure connectivity between CMS AWS Enclave and Pega Cloud for Government.
Coordinate with CMS Hybrid Cloud Team on cloud environment management and release governance.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cloud engineers and DevOps team.
