Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer to support mission-critical IC enterprise products in an Agile SAFe setting. You will work closely with development teams to deploy, operate, and automate systems across production, test, and development environments.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, scripting, and rapid issue resolution in a cloud-based ecosystem. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with DevOps tooling (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins) and is comfortable collaborating across multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of prior relevant work experience or a master's with 6+ years (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
Experience with DevOps tools and supporting developers in an Agile SAFe environment.

Responsibilities

Supports software deployments and production system availability.
Manages and maintains all components of the DevOps environment.
Defines CI/CD processes and best practices for the enterprise.
Codifies DevOps practices across the organization.
Develops scripts to automate tool deployment in AWS or other clouds.
Maintains build environments and automation scripts.
Collaborates with project teams to integrate products into the DevOps environment.
