Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with integration platforms, API/microservices, DevOps and cloud delivery.
• 5+ years in platform engineering, integration architecture, API development or cloud-native delivery.
• 2+ years in lead engineer/technical lead roles guiding teams.
• Banking or financial services experience in digital banking/payments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, release, and support of Mesh platform capabilities for APIs, microservices and integration services.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers, ensuring architecture and security standards are met.
• Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices and integration flows; drive CI/CD improvements.
