ECI Group is seeking a Sr DevOps Engineer for Trading & Supply on a 6-month Houston-based contract. This hands-on role supports global derivatives trading production environments and is expected to start around July 3, 2026.

You will join a small, high-performing team focusing on stability, incident response, and continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and RTS6 requirements. On-call rotations are required, and citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, C#, and SQL.
• 10+ years in Front Office application support and vendor management.
• 8+ years of FIX engineering experience and market data distribution knowledge.
• Experience with trading lifecycle, regulatory/compliance aspects, and RTS6 desirability.
• On-call rotations in a global engineering team are expected.

• Manage end-to-end workflows to improve stability and resilience.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, support, and business users.
• Serve as SME for trading systems initiatives.
• Support scalable algorithmic trading technology in a compliant manner.
