Qualifications

• 8+ years in commodity trading, capital markets, or investment banking tech environments.
• 10+ years of front-office application support and vendor management preferred.
• Strong FIX protocol engineering experience (8+ years) with exchange connectivity and vendor certification.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, C#, and SQL scripting; incident response and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability, availability, and performance of global derivatives trading apps.
• Provide rapid incident response for business-critical systems.
• Support front-office trading workflows: order capture, execution, allocation, settlement.
• Collaborate with traders, developers, and infra teams to resolve production issues.
• Participate in a global on-call rotation to support trading operations.
