Job summary

JFrog is seeking a Senior Professional Services DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using JFrog products and cutting-edge technologies across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will work with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Development to ensure successful DevOps journeys for customers.

You will train customers and the open‑source community, influence feature roadmaps based on real needs, and stay current with the latest DevOps trends and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CI/CD experience with tools like Jenkins, Maven, Docker and Git.
• Ability to design, implement and optimize software delivery pipelines across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux and major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, setup and optimize CI/CD pipelines using JFrog tools and related tech.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, Support and Development to ensure successful DevOps journeys.
• Train customers and open‑source community; influence product roadmaps based on feedback.
• Stay current with DevOps trends and CI/CD tooling across platforms.
• Build strong relationships with customers and community to ensure outcomes.
