Job summary

JFrog is hiring a Professional Services DevOps Engineer in the Atlanta area to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms using JFrog products and modern tooling. You will collaborate with sales, support, and development teams to drive successful customer journeys and outcomes.

The role requires 5-7+ years of hands-on experience with CI tools, Linux, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years experience with CI tools: CI Server, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, NPM
• Ability to build software delivery pipelines with Docker, NPM, Java, PyPI and DevOps tools
• Good understanding of infrastructure & operations - storage, network, computer, security, cloud (public, on-prem)
• Experience with CD/CD tools: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience in Linux
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience with customer facing and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with server-side software on-prem and in the cloud
• Experience with software architecture design and product development a plus
• Open Source state-of-mind
• Uncompromising will to learn

Responsibilities

• Design, setup and build CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platform using JFrog products and other cutting edge technologies
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Development while working directly with Devs and DevOps Pros
• Setup, design and build CI pipelines with Docker, NPM, Java, Pypi and related tooling
• Train the open source community and JFrog customers
• Influence features and roadmap of JFrog tools based on customer needs
• Keep current with the latest DevOps technology trends and CI/CD landscape
• Build strong relationships with customers and community
