Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to lead the evolution of our CD and deployment automation at scale. You will own design, architecture, and improvements to ensure that code moves from commit to production quickly, safely, and with minimal manual intervention.

This is a hands-on role focusing on progressive delivery, release orchestration, feature flagging, automated rollback, and security checks, with collaboration across Engineering, QA, Security, SRE, and Architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps or related roles.
• Hands-on with end-to-end CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience with progressive delivery and feature flagging.
• Proficient in cloud (AWS), IaC (Terraform), and containers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Architect automated deployment workflows across regions.
• Implement progressive delivery and health checks.
• Lead release orchestration and rollback mechanisms.
• Mentor engineers on deployment safety and best practices.
