Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Principal DevOps Engineer to own end-to-end CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release orchestration across regions. You will shape progressive delivery strategies, implement blue/green and canary patterns, and drive automation with robust feature flagging.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps, Release Eng, or Platform Eng roles.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating CD/Release platforms at scale.
• Progressive deployment strategies and feature flagging experience.
• Proficient with modern CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Programming/scripting in Go, Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with artifact management and multi‑environment promotion.
• Security, quality checks, observability in pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Continuous Delivery pipelines and release automation.
• Architect deployment automation and reusable frameworks.
• Design progressive delivery with blue/green, canary, and regional patterns.
• Build release orchestration across services/environments/regions.
• Lead feature flagging and controlled release integration with pipelines.
• Evolve CI/CD framework and integrate testing, security, and telemetry.
• Improve deployment observability and health checks.
• Collaborate with Cloud, SRE, and Infra to integrate IaC and cloud platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across teams.
