Job summary

Scan.com is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to join the Infrastructure team. This hands-on role combines deep technical execution with engineering judgment to shape how our scale‑up infrastructure operates in a HIPAA‑regulated environment.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Compliance to implement monitoring, IaC, and deployment strategies that enable reliable, secure production systems at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, and Cloud Engineering.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, SOC-2, and ISO compliance frameworks in cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on DevOps across network, servers, and cloud platforms as a senior contributor.
• Embed security best practices into engineering processes and automate compliance checks.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability with CloudWatch and DataDog.
• Automate security scans and vulnerability assessments in CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage infrastructure via IaC (Terraform) for reproducibility and version control.
• Architect deployment strategies: blue‑green, canary, automated rollbacks.
• Advance software supply chain security and AI-assisted risk assessments.
