Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its Infrastructure Support Team in a hybrid on-site role in Westlake, TX. The engineer will own enterprise systems administration, drive automation, and ensure reliability across diverse platforms.

The candidate should have 6–8 years of experience, strong scripting, Windows and Linux administration, and networking knowledge, with exposure to major databases. This role offers comprehensive benefits and weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of enterprise-level administration and support.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and IP routing.
• Experience with databases such as SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Postgres.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise systems administration, monitoring, and deployment activities across multiple platforms.
• Develop automation scripts and build application dashboards for proactive system monitoring using Grafana, Influx, Datadog, Moog, and ThousandEyes.
• Implement and practice SDLC processes, driving continuous process improvements and ensuring system reliability.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) hosted via Virtual Machines.
• Maintain knowledge of IP networking, including DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and IP routing, to support distributed and high-availability architectures.
