Job summary

Clera in New York, NY is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and scale our cloud infrastructure for an AI-native B2B SaaS platform. You will work with backend and ML engineers to implement GitOps, IaC, and production reliability at the software scale we require.

You'll lead design and implementation of secure AWS-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability, while mentoring teammates and optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior DevOps or Infra role with end-to-end ownership.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise, with EKS experience preferred.
• Broad infra experience: networking, security, monitoring, IaC.
• Proven track record building AWS infrastructure at scale.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Recent hands-on work in an infrastructure engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC on AWS.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and automate workflows.
• Own production reliability with observability, SLI/SLOs, and incidents.
• Implement and champion GitOps workflows for deployments.
• Build compliant infrastructure with IAM and secrets management.
• Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Create developer tooling and documentation to accelerate workflows.
• Mentor team members on DevOps best practices and strategy.
