Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and automate cloud infrastructure and run scalable, mission-critical platforms. You will work on greenfield initiatives, implement IaC with Terraform and Terragrunt, manage EKS clusters, and build robust CI/CD pipelines.

Candidates should have 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS skills, Python and Bash scripting, and a focus on observability and security compliance. Hybrid onsite/remote in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on AWS with IAM, EC2, AMIs, EBS, EFS, VPC, Route 53, EKS, CloudWatch.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, Git, GitHub and/or GitLab.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong observability tools: Splunk, OpenTelemetry (OTel), Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager.
• Python and Bash scripting.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with distributed file storage technologies such as NFS, Amazon FSx, OpenZFS, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and/or Terragrunt.
• Deploy, manage, and support containerized apps with Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Helm.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliability.
• Ensure platform availability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
• Apply security best practices and ensure enterprise compliance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform capabilities.
• Research and adopt emerging DevOps technologies and best practices.
