Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes-based environments and containerization
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Linux systems administration with performance and security focus
• Experience scripting and programming to automate DevOps workflows
• Understanding of MLOps practices and taking part in deployment and monitoring
• DevSecOps practices across platforms and security controls
• Ability to drive automation and improve system reliability/availability
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements

Responsibilities

• Partner with offshore and onshore teams to design, implement, and scale cloud-native infrastructure
• Architect, build, and maintain Kubernetes environments powering production systems
• Lead IaC initiatives to automate provisioning and ensure environment consistency in AWS
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment velocity and reliability
• Integrate and operationalize ML Ops practices for deployment and monitoring of workflows
• Embed DevSecOps practices across the platform with security controls and compliance
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and increase reliability
• Collaborate with Platform, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for availability and cost efficiency
• Support incident response and root cause analysis to implement long-term fixes
