KBR in Colorado Springs is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to integrate cloud technologies with DevOps practices onsite. You will build helm charts, implement CI/CD pipelines, and containerize apps within a cross-functional team environment.

A TS/SCI clearance or eligibility is required, with DoD 8140 qualifications and Kubernetes expertise. Experience with AWS/Azure, Terraform, and OpenSSL is highly valued.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI security clearance; US citizen required.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science; other degrees with relevant experience considered.
• 3+ years in cloud engineering, pipeline engineering, Kubernetes development.
• Proficient in Kubernetes; experience writing Dockerfiles and containerizing apps.
• 3+ years GNU/Linux command line, shell navigation, and Git.
• Ability to research and solve complex technical problems independently.
• KCNA or similar certification is desirable
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services preferred
• Experience delivering CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
• Experience with IaC tools, esp. Terraform

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy helm charts to Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop GitLab CI/CD pipelines to build, scan, publish, and deploy containers and helm charts.
• Troubleshoot failed deployments and pipelines.
• Containerize custom applications.
• Design high-level architecture for cloud-native networks and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a variety of tech stacks
