Recharge is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and operate our cloud-native infrastructure. You will work on Kubernetes-based platforms, implement scalable runtimes, and drive reliability across the stack. You will mentor engineers, improve tooling, and contribute to documentation and AI-assisted processes.

The role requires deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and GCP, with on-call duties and collaboration across teams. Competitive US salary and remote life stipends are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform and related technologies.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and Splunk is a bonus.
• 5+ years in cloud-native environments; GCP preferred.
• Experience with Linux and GNU tooling.

Responsabilités

• Document, recommend and implement new technologies with strong docs.

• Troubleshoot and maintain production performance; support maintenance obligations.

• On-call: participate in a 24x7 weekly on-call rotation with incident response.
