Allia Health Group is seeking a Senior DevOps/InfraOps Engineer to scale and secure our cloud infrastructure and operations. You will report to the Principal Cloud & Security Ops Engineer, focusing on automation, observability, and resilience across production systems.

The role emphasizes high availability, performance, and security while mentoring engineers in modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will lead CI/CD initiatives, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and on‑call

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field.
• 4–7 years in DevOps/InfraOps or cloud engineering roles.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud; AWS/Azure acceptable.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalents).
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Strong background in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, load balancing, and secure configurations.
• Hands-on incident response and troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalents).
• Oversee containerized environments with Kubernetes and Docker in production.
• Implement observability tools for monitoring, alerting, and logging.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps best practices across the stack.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and incident response to ensure operational continuity.
