Job summary

Pelico is seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE to architect the orchestration layer across global SaaS infrastructure and restricted environments. You will ensure effortless installation, management, and expansion of the platform while working at the intersection of system architecture, product engineering, and field operations.

You’ll build deployment platforms, standardize CI/CD, and push for reliability and automation across enterprise deployments, including air-gapped and GovCloud scenarios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infra roles in high-growth or production environments.
• Strong experience building and operating cloud and on-prem infra using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm and Ansible.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability and modern deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Build deployment platforms across Kubernetes, Docker, single VM, air-gapped environments, and private cloud.
• Create a one-click deployment experience with standardized installation and upgrades.
• Improve platform reliability with monitoring, diagnostics, and runbooks.
• Participate in production operations and on-call rotations to triage incidents.
• Elevate DevOps with standardized CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Support GovCloud, FedRAMP readiness, and deployments for regulated customers.
• Drive AI-powered infrastructure engineering and automation.
