Job summary

Airlock Digital, a global leader in application control and allowlisting, seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen CI/CD, release systems, and security controls for our cloud services and customer-hosted products. You will work across engineering to design reliable delivery workflows, apply and improve team standards, and help product teams ship dependable software with less manual effort.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DevOps or software engineering delivering complex build, test, and release systems.
• Proven experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines with PR controls, branch policies, and quality gates.
• Strong automation coding skills and ability to troubleshoot delivery workflows.
• Production experience with cloud services, secrets management, observability, and incident response.
• Knowledge of software supply‑chain security, artifact integrity, and auditable release controls.
• Experience deploying to Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability and continual improvement of CI/CD and release systems for cloud services and native software.
• Implement and maintain pull request and branch policies, including security controls and gate tests.
• Improve deployment observability, alerting, and release readiness with cross-team collaboration.
• Implement software supply-chain controls, including automated security checks and signing materials.
• Modernize build and release workflows while preserving OS support and upgrade behavior.
• Troubleshoot failures, review automation changes, and mentor engineers in release best practices.
