Job summary

Accrete is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in-person in Lower Manhattan to lead cloud infrastructure design, deployment pipelines, and security-focused automation. You will guide CI/CD practices, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, resilient systems supporting high-stakes government and enterprise work.

You should bring 5+ years in DevOps, strong cloud/IaC expertise, and experience with FedRAMP environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of DevOps, systems administration, or related experience.
Deep experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code.
Experience in FedRAMP-authorized environments and related controls.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and management of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Develop and maintain automation tools for build, test, deployment, and provisioning.
Collaborate with engineers, QA, and security for robust CI/CD processes.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve scalability and reliability.
Define and enforce best practices for infrastructure, configuration management, and security.
Drive disaster recovery, backup, and system resilience initiatives.
Mentor DevOps engineers and junior team members.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
