You'll figure out where AI actually changes how we build software, turn what works into shared practice and tooling, and drive it across the org. We're vendor neutral on AI tools so you'll have room to try them out and shape what we adopt.The other half is keeping the lights on and you'll handle the day to day issues that would otherwise pull product engineers off their work.
