What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain Copado CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development
- Manage multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring metadata deployments are synchronized
- Implement automation strategies to reduce manual configurations within the Salesforce platform
- Provide technical support and training on continuous integration and deployment best practices
- Document code promotion, best practices, and incident response strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of DevSecOps experience with cloud architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and security tools
- 2+ years managing multiple Salesforce applications and environments using CI/CD tools
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Must have lived in the United States for 3 full years out of the last 5 years

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools within the Salesforce Platform
- Knowledge of Salesforce testing frameworks and best practices for automated testing
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
- Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex and Lightning Web Components
