In particular, you will:

• Leverageextensive knowledge of cloud-native architectures to enhance ouradvanced ML platform, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
• Leadcross-functional platform initiatives from discovery to rollout,including interviewing (technical) end-users and stakeholders, planningimplementation, and actively managing the technical work on the project.
• Utilize astrong software engineering background to design, implement, andoptimize critical services and subsystems, balancing performance withcost-effective operations.
• Define and enforce robust security, compliance, and infrastructure-as-code standards.
• Integratebest practices for observability to proactively detect and resolveissues, guaranteeing minimal downtime and resilient performance.
• ImproveDeveloper Experience (DX) by streamlining workflows, improve tooling,and ensure the seamless adoption of DevOps best practices.
• Guide andcoach fellow OfferFit engineers on DevOps architectures andmethodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation,and technical excellence.
