Job summary

Black Duck Software, Inc. is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer for Cloud Operations. You will design, implement, and operate secure, highly available SaaS and Hosted services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and lead end-to-end operational responsibilities across multiple regions.

The role emphasizes hands-on GCP networking, containerized deployments, and automation, with AI/LLM-assisted tooling to accelerate incident response and documentation. Onsite in Burlington, MA three days per week.

Qualifications

Experience with GCP and multi-region network design.
Experience with containerized workloads and Kubernetes.
Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, Go).
Strong security/compliance knowledge (SOC2, ISO-27001, NIST).
Comfortable using AI/LLM tools for automation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain resilient SaaS/Hosted infra on GCP.
Manage secure GCP network architecture (VPC, VPN, DNS).
Automate deployment pipelines and incident response with CI/CD/GitOps.
Monitor performance with Cloud Monitoring/Logging and troubleshoot stack issues.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Services to productionize features.
