Job summary

Blackduck is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer for their Cloud Operations team in Burlington, MA. This key player will manage SaaS and Hosted services, ensuring high availability and performance of the infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes, experience in cloud security, and a strong foundation in networking. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service experiences for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Cloud Platform expertise, deep Kubernetes expertise, knowledge in designing and operating cloud network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud security controls and CI/CD pipelines, as well as scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience supporting Java/J2EE applications in production and ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for SaaS and Hosted services on GCP.
• Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters (GKE) across regions.
• Automate deployment pipelines and monitor performance using GCP tools.
• Ensure end-to-end operational responsibility for customer-facing environments.
