Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure. You will own AWS architecture, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, observability, and automation across platforms, partnering with product and security teams to deliver reliable services.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong scripting skills, Terraform/Ansible experience, and the ability to drive improvements across teams while maintaining secure, highly available systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of DevOps, SRE, Cloud Operations, or Infra Eng.
• Strong AWS hands-on experience with core services.
• Familiar with containers, orchestration, serverless.
• Proficient with IaC tools Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience building monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Design & Operations: Design, build, and optimize highly available and secure cloud architectures on AWS.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design and maintain end-to-end pipelines from code commit to deployment to improve release frequency and quality.
• Operations Automation: Reduce manual toil through automation tools to automate configuration management, change execution, and incident response.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage AWS resources and network configurations using Terraform for consistency and reproducibility.
• CDN Operations: Configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot AWS CDN services for asset delivery.
• Monitoring, Alerting & Observability: Build and maintain monitoring and logging systems for rapid issue identification and performance optimization.
• Automation & Programming: Write automation scripts/tools in Shell/Python/Go and integrate with monitoring and ticketing systems.
• Terraform & Ansible: Proficient in IaC with Terraform; familiarity with Ansible for config management and batch ops.
