Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team who can strengthen infrastructure, improve deployment reliability, and help scale secure, high-performing platforms.

In this role, you will work across infrastructure automation, CI/CD, system administration, container platforms, and observability. You will partner closely with engineering and operations teams to improve delivery efficiency, platform resilience, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Linux administration.
• Experience with software development practices and continuous integration / continuous delivery.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Build, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines to improve release quality and speed.
• Administer and support Linux-based systems across development and production environments.
• Manage and enhance Kubernetes and containerized platforms.
• Drive automation across infrastructure, deployments, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve build, release, and deployment processes.
• Monitor system health, performance, and reliability using logging and observability tools.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and platform issues.
• Support secure platform operations, including secrets management and operational best practices.
• Contribute to scalable, resilient, and maintainable DevOps standards across the organization.
