Job summary

CUS Solution is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with software, QA, security, and operations teams to streamline delivery and improve reliability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, IaC, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and secure deployment practices, plus strong scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, SRE, or systems engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and production troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and secure deployment practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, and operational tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Monitor application performance, system availability, and infrastructure health using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
• Implement security best practices, access controls, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release management and deployment efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Manage cloud costs, optimize resource utilization, and improve system scalability and reliability.
• Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and high-availability infrastructure.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and infrastructure standards.
