Job summary

Everseen is seeking a DevOps Engineer III to join the L3 Operations team for edge/on‑prem and cloud deployments. You will own complex incidents end‑to‑end, with strong Linux administration and Kubernetes/OpenShift expertise essential to success.

Build targeted automations (Python, Bash, Ansible), execute safe deployments via GitOps and IaC pipelines (Flux, Terraform) on AKS/GKE, and contribute to monitoring, dashboards, and documentation while collaborating across teams to optimize systems and

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps roles with a strong focus on automation.
• Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL preferred, plus Ubuntu) and Kubernetes/OpenShift expertise.
• Cloud experience with Azure or GCP, including automated infrastructure and deployment.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Git workflows (GitFlow).
• Hands-on with IaC and automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible).
• Security-minded with DevSecOps practices in CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to design and optimize observability with Prometheus/Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Implements Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Oversees advanced CI/CD setups, including GitOps with Flux CD.
• Automates complex workflows and enhances infrastructure scalability.
• Troubleshoots and optimizes Kubernetes cluster operations.
• Integrates monitoring solutions for observability (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Writes and maintains system operations docs and SOPs.
• Collaborates across teams to plan staging/UAT/production deployments.
