PAYCO The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C. is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer focused on CI/CD tooling for on-prem and AWS infrastructure.

You will partner with developers and infrastructure teams to build secure in-house and cloud pipelines and maintain current DevOps tooling in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong IaC and Kubernetes expertise, and extensive experience with AWS/Azure, GitOps, and security-by-design principles.

Qualificações

• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for multi-region environments.
• Expert level Kubernetes management (EKS/AKS) including cluster hardening and service meshes.
• Design and scale self-healing pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins for GitOps workflows.
• Deep AWS/Azure knowledge focusing on cost optimization, security, and high availability.
• Implement telemetry with ELK, Grafana, Datadog for proactive health monitoring.
• Experience migrating monolithic architectures to microservices with security in mind.
• Integrate SAST/DAST and compliance-as-code into SDLC.
• Lead DevSecOps initiatives with vaults and IAM policy enforcement.
• Work with CICD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, SonarQube, Fortify, Black Duck, Xray and AWS tools.
• Mentor teams in Agile environments and promote best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and enforce Policy as Code to ensure infrastructure standards.
• Lead automated security gates and vulnerability management within CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage sensitive data with Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, and RBAC.
• Architect multi-region, disaster-recovery-ready AWS environments for critical banking transactions.
