Qualifications

• 10+ years deploying with minimal outage and full stack experience (Java Spring).
• Coding or scripting proficiency.
• Re-engineering experience.
• Cross-functional communication across teams.
• Linux/Unix administration preferred.
• Open source tech and cloud services proficiency.
• SQL/MySQL experience.
• Deployment templates creation experience.
• Scripting: PHP, Python, JSON, Perl or Ruby.
• Strong automation tools.
• IT ops best practices for always-on services.
• Financial acumen balancing cost and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy full application stacks from ELBs to databases.
• Automate and streamline operations and processes.
• Build and maintain deployment, monitoring and operations tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev, test and production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and business partners to deliver outcomes.
• Support frequent, incremental code testing and deployment.
• Engage in ongoing learning and improvement.
