Job summary

Aspirion Health Resources is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team and help design, deploy, and scale a secure cloud platform powering healthcare technology solutions.

You will lead infrastructure-as-code initiatives, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with Software, Security, and Operations to improve reliability and velocity. This hands-on role emphasizes automation, technical leadership, and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform or Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Extensive Terraform experience for IaC
• Designing and supporting modern CI/CD pipelines
• Scripting and automation with PowerShell, Bash, Python
• Git-based source control and automated deployment workflows
• Observability platforms for cloud applications
• Mentoring engineers and influencing best practices without formal management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and IaC
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines for speed and reliability
• Collaborate with software engineers to streamline deployments and workflows
• Monitor and improve production system reliability and performance
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks
• Implement cloud security governance and compliance controls
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives
• Mentor junior to mid-level DevOps engineers
• Lead standards and best practices for engineering platforms
