Job summary
Fusion Health in Woodbridge, NJ is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable Azure-based environments supporting our healthcare platform. You will own infrastructure end-to-end, implement IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security controls to ensure reliability under real-world load.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS, IS, or related field
- 3–5+ years of Azure experience with advanced cloud security skills
- Strong problem solving, independence, and communication skills
- Strong background in Azure, DevOps, and cloud security practices
- Design and build secure Azure environments with VNets and autoscaling
- Deploy and optimize IIS VMs with redundancy and autoscaling
- IaC using Terraform and DevOps automation with GitLab/Octopus Deploy
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable Azure environments
- Lead cloud migration initiatives and CI/CD automation
- Define IaC best practices for client environments
- Configure containerized apps and DevOps workflows
- Monitor performance, security, and compliance across stacks
- Collaborate with security and compliance for data protection
