Job summary

Capgemini is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate has strong OpenShift expertise to support, automate, and optimize application deployment pipelines across hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines, implementing security best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift 4.x.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support, automate, and optimize application deployment pipelines.
• Manage cluster upgrades, patches, and lifecycle maintenance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools.
