Qualifications

University degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 7+ years).
U.S. citizenship required for access to program data.
Experience with Git and Git-based workflows.
Experience with CI/CD design; GitLab preferred.
Cloud experience (AWS) and scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead DevSecOps modernization across toolchains, pipelines, controls, and teams.
Standardize platforms and guide migrations to enterprise-devops tools.
Design secure, export-controlled environments; ensure compliance.
Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Mentor admins and developers in DevSecOps practices.
