Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to consult with internal clients, translate business requirements into technology terms, and develop advanced software solutions. You will design, test, implement, and maintain code enabling computer systems to meet client needs while advancing CI/CD capabilities.

The role requires strong collaboration with platform specialists, robust documentation, and the ability to handle complex environments across multiple technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
• DevOps certification and Agile certifications preferred.
• Cloud platform certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ruby) encouraged.
• Experience deploying software solutions in outsourced IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Platform Specialists to capture detailed business requirements.
• Prepare technical requirements documents and system flowcharts.
• Analyze requirements to ensure the designed solution meets needs.
• Translate designs into detailed system design documents for implementation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment.
• Install and support deployments across environments and resolve issues.
• Document processes and ensure SLAs are followed during development.
