Job summary

NTT DATA Americas is seeking a DevOps Engineer for our Plano, TX team. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, manage Infrastructure as Code, and optimize cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for scalable, reliable deployments.

You will collaborate with engineering, security, and operations to automate, test, and monitor systems, ensuring high availability and rapid incident response in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on programming in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
• 5+ years of cloud and cloud infrastructure build experience.
• 3+ years provisioning compute resources and IAM roles/subscriptions.
• 3+ years building VPCs, private networks, and routes.
• 3+ years using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines for DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub and DevSecOps practices.
• Develop and manage IaC solutions with Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible.
• Administer and support AWS or Azure cloud platforms for scalable, secure environments.
• Create and maintain Docker files, Helm charts, and manifest files for environments.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to improve delivery.
• Implement automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure high availability, DR, backup, and business continuity for critical systems.
• Configure and manage web/app servers and middleware components.
• Troubleshoot systems, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve incidents.
