Job summary

NTT DATA Services seeks a DevOps Engineer in Merrimack, NH to join a high-impact team modernizing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and scaling software delivery. You will work across Jenkins/GitHub, Terraform/CloudFormation, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Helm to enable secure, reliable platforms.

Strong collaboration with security and operations is required. The role offers growth opportunities in a global organization with exposure to AWS/Azure, DevSecOps practices, and state-of-the-art

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Develop and manage IaC solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Manage cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available environments.
• Create and maintain Docker files, Helm charts, and deployment manifests.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations to streamline delivery.
• Implement automated testing within CI/CD pipelines and ensure high availability and DR.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis for production systems.
