NTT DATA North America is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Plano, TX to modernize cloud infrastructure and automate software delivery at scale. You will work with cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and IaC, collaborating across engineering, security, and operations teams to drive reliability and efficiency.

The role emphasizes designing robust CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud resources, and implementing best practices for high availability and disaster recovery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript).
• 5+ years of solid experience with public cloud and cloud infrastructure build.
• 3+ years provisioning compute resources or managing IAM roles in the cloud.
• 3+ years building VPCs, private networks and network routes in the cloud.
• 3+ years managing infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform, ARM).
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines for DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
• Develop and manage IaC solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Administer and support cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for scalable, secure, reliable environments.
• Create and maintain Docker files, manifest files, and Helm charts for environments and orchestrators.
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations to streamline software delivery.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks within CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity for critical systems.
• Configure and manage web servers, application servers, and middleware components.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents.
• Establish and enforce DevOps best practices and operational procedures.
