Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Jersey City team. You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC solutions, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

You will work with Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes to accelerate software delivery and reliability. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with one or more programming languages (Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript).
• 5+ years of solid experience with public cloud and cloud infrastructure build.
• 3+ years provisioning compute resources or managing IAM roles/subscriptions in the cloud.
• 3+ years building VPCs, private networks, and network routes in the public cloud.
• 3+ years using infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, or ARM).
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines for DevSecOps functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, deployments, and releases.
• Develop and manage IaC solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Administer and support cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for scalable, secure environments.
• Create and maintain Docker files, manifests, and Helm charts for environments/orchestrators.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and operations to streamline delivery.
• Implement and maintain automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure high availability, DR, backups, and business continuity for critical systems.
• Configure and manage web/app servers and middleware.
• Perform troubleshooting, RCAs, and incident resolution in production.
• Establish and enforce DevOps best practices and SOPs.
