The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation, and platform tooling to improve reliability and developer productivity across firmware, software, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Build/Release roles.
• 4+ years building CI/CD pipelines.
• 4+ years with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• 4+ years containerization & automated build/test environments.
• 4+ years scripting with Bash, Python, or similar.
• 3+ years cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for firmware, embedded software, backend services, and engineering tools.
• Develop automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve engineering efficiency.
• Build and maintain IaC-based infrastructure and development platforms.
• Enhance developer experience with self-service tools and automation frameworks.
• Support release management, artifact management, deployments and environment management.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices.
• Design and maintain SDLC processes with cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
• Support automated test execution environments and QA integrations.
• Drive DevSecOps practices across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, and QA teams to improve reliability and productivity.
