Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is building an AI-operated GPU cloud and seeks a Cloud Senior DevOps Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and MLOps workflows across multi-cloud environments. You will bridge research and production with an emphasis on scalable, observable infrastructure.

You will lead high-availability architectures, implement security controls, and develop the Internal Developer Platform to enable rapid deployments by product and data-science teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Linux OS and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Load Balancing, VPCs).
• Docker and Kubernetes production experience and practices.
• Public/Hybrid cloud design and multi-cloud strategies (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
• Programming in Go, Python, or Shell with automation focus.
• Strong CI/CD, IaC, Observability, and SRE knowledge.
• Excellent cross-team communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for software and ML models.
• Build and optimize cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker; manage GPU clusters for AI workloads.
• Own high-availability design, DR planning, and performance tuning to meet SLAs.
• Lead Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm across clouds.
• Architect monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK); ensure telemetry quality.
• Develop an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to accelerate deployment without tickets.
• Collaborate with R&D, Data Science, Security, and Business teams to boost engineering efficiency.
• Enforce governance, security, and compliance (SOC2, ISO27001); manage releases and secrets.
