Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is building an AI-operated GPU cloud and seeks a Cloud Senior DevOps Engineer to own CI/CD, IaC, and MLOps pipelines across GPU clusters. You will bridge research and production, operating platform substrates for AIOps integration and ensuring governance and scalability.

You will design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure, drive high availability, incident response, and collaboration with R&D, security, and data science teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud roles.
• Expert knowledge of Linux, TCP/IP/DNS/HTTP/Load Balancing/VPCs.
• Deep Docker and Kubernetes mastery; production-grade cluster management.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud; multi-cloud/hybrid strategies.
• Strong coding/scripting in Go, Python, or Shell; automation focus.
• CI/CD, IaC, Observability, and SRE principles are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for software and ML models.
• Build, optimize, and scale cloud-native infrastructure with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Own high-availability design, DR strategies, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Champion IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm across cloud environments.
• Architect monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK.
• Develop Internal Developer Platform to enable rapid deployments by product and data teams.
• Collaborate with R&D, Data Science, Security, and Business teams to improve efficiency.
• Enforce governance, security, and Zero Trust; manage release workflows and secrets.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and automation to prevent recurrence.
