Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is building an AI‑operated GPU cloud and seeks a Cloud Senior DevOps Engineer to design and operate the CI/CD, MLOps pipelines, and the Internal Developer Platform. You will bridge research and production, running platform substrate and ensuring governance and performance.

You will collaborate with R&D, Security, and Data teams to scale GPU clusters, implement Zero Trust, and automate incidents, with a focus on reliability and speed in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field with 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infra.
• Strong Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, load balancing, and VPC concepts.
• Expert Docker and Kubernetes with production‑level practices.
• Cloud design and multi‑cloud/hybrid strategies across major platforms.
• Coding/scripting in Go, Python, or Shell for automation and tooling.
• CI/CD, IaC, observability, and SRE principles are essential.
• Excellent problem solving and cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines for apps and ML models.
• Build and scale cloud‑native infrastructure with Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC.
• Own high availability, DR, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Lead IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm across multiple clouds.
• Architect comprehensive observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK.
• Develop the Internal Developer Platform to accelerate deployments.
