Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is building an AI-operated GPU cloud. As Cloud Senior DevOps Engineer you design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and MLOps workflows to empower model, data-science, and product teams to deploy rapidly and securely.

You will lead the platform substrate for the AI Cloud team, ensuring high availability, observability, and governance while collaborating across R&D, Security, and Business units to drive automation and reduce toil.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure
• Linux(OS) expertise
• Docker and Kubernetes at production level
• Public/hybrid cloud design & multi-cloud experience
• Programming in Go/Python/Shell
• CI/CD and IaC principles
• Observability and monitoring fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for software and ML models
• Build and scale cloud-native infrastructure with Kubernetes and Docker
• Own high-availability design, DR strategies, capacity planning, and performance tuning
• Lead Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
• Develop comprehensive monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK)
• Develop Internal Developer Platform for rapid deployment by product teams
• Collaborate with R&D, Data Science, Security, and Business teams
• Enforce security, release workflows, and Zero Trust access controls
• Lead incident response and post-incident automation
