Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a Cloud Senior DevOps Engineer to accelerate our AI/Bitcoin mining infrastructure. The role focuses on CI/CD, IaC, MLOps pipelines, and a scalable IDP that enables product, model, and data-science teams to deploy rapidly with governance.

You will bridge research and production, operate the platform substrate for the AIOps team, and collaborate across R&D, security, and business units to keep the system secure, observable, and highly available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of Linux operating systems and core networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Load Balancing, VPCs).
• Deep mastery of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration, including production-level best practices.
• Proficiency in designing and managing infrastructure on major Public or Hybrid Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba).
• Strong coding/scripting in Go, Python, or Shell with a focus on automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for software and ML models.
• Build, optimize, and scale cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker; manage GPU clusters for AI workloads.
• Own high-availability design, DR strategies, capacity planning, and performance tuning to meet SLAs.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm for automated provisioning.
• Architect monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK for deep system visibility and model metrics.
• Build the Internal Developer Platform to enable deployment by product and data-science teams.
