Job summary

Quento Technologies S.A., the ICT arm of the Qualco Group, seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure) to design, automate and harden Azure environments hosting AI and fintech platforms for clients worldwide.

You will join Data & AI delivery teams, collaborate with architects, data engineers and client stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable deployments with strong observability.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience with strong depth in Microsoft Azure (AKS, Azure DevOps, App Services, Azure Functions, Networking, Key Vault).
• Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar).
• Infrastructure-as-code expertise (Terraform, ARM templates or Bicep).
• Solid scripting ability (PowerShell, Python or Bash).
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tooling (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus or equivalent).
• Exposure to AI/ML or data platform environments is a strong plus.
• Azure certification (AZ-400, AZ-104 or similar) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Greek is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and presenting technical solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and fintech applications running on Microsoft Azure.
• Own infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep) across development, staging and production environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to keep client-facing platforms reliable and secure.
• Manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) supporting AI model deployment and data pipelines.
• Work directly with client technical teams during delivery, ensuring security, performance and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with architects and data engineers to translate solution designs into resilient, automated environments.
• Contribute to internal DevOps standards, tooling and best practices across Quento's project portfolio.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• Able to work across multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities
• Collaborative, calm under pressure, and precise in high-stakes delivery environments
