Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer – Assistant Vice President (C12) to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud/OpenShift infrastructure, and automation frameworks within Citi's Global Technology organization.

As AVP, you will mentor engineers, drive automation-first strategies, and collaborate with global teams to deliver secure, compliant software solutions aligned with architectural standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in DevOps with leadership experience.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead DevOps workstreams and mentor engineers.
• Manage IaC configurations with Terraform and Ansible.
• Oversee container orchestration with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Ensure security, compliance, and incident postmortems.
