OpenTalent is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in the United States, focusing on bridging development and operations to speed, secure, and scale software delivery. Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Typescript, Java and/or Python.
• Familiarity with application containers (Docker).
• Foundational understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD best practices at enterprise scale.
• Exposure to DevOps tools, platforms, and interfaces: Github, Github Actions, JFrog Artifactory, HashiCorp Vault.
• Some experience deploying applications to cloud platforms: OCP, Azure, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Enable AI Capabilities to increase Developer Productivity
• Work with product owners and key stakeholders to develop high value features that benefit the RBC Developer community
• Maintain the CI/CD pipeline: security and vulnerability management, capacity management, deployment and scaling strategies, performance and uptime, infrastructure hygiene
• Provide estimates on feature delivery, identify and determine delivery risks on key identify, and contribute to quarterly product road map planning
• Review contributions from the Developer community and approve PRs
