Job summary

Central Employment partners with a fast-growing Boston startup to hire a Senior DevOps Engineer who will own and scale cloud infrastructure as the company grows.

The role focuses on AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code, with a hybrid Boston-based schedule, meaningful equity, comprehensive health coverage, and the opportunity to influence infrastructure strategy from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Expertise in CI/CD and cloud native environments.
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Go.

We’re partnering with a high growth Boston startup looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and scale their cloud infrastructure as they continue their rapid growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage AWS infrastructure
• Own Kubernetes environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Automate deployments using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Improve platform reliability, security, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
• Expertise in CI/CD and cloud native environments
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Go
• Startup experience preferred
